The largest trade fair in Slovenia, and one of the biggest in Europe, will begin on 8 September
The largest trade fair in Slovenia, and one of the biggest in Europe, will begin on 8 September in the eastern Slovenian city of Celje, featuring more than 1,700 exhibitors from 27 countries.
The 37th International Trade Fair will stretch across some 60,000 sq. metres of exhibition space at the Celje Fairgrounds.
As has been the case in the previous years, the fair is to include numerous accompanying events. One of the highlights of this year's show will be a business conference involving the 17 member states of the Central European Initiative (CEI), which will be held as part of Slovenia's current presidency of CEI.
The CEI forum will take place on 9 and 10 September, as part of the CECCI business exchange that will be put on by the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, the Celje Fairground, the Slovenian Trade Chamber and the Small Business Development Centre.
The eight-day show will also host a meeting of business officials from Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, as well as a day dedicated to the promotion of Serbian business.
